The aim of this consultancy is to provide an overview of the current workforce in terms of their skills, knowledge, and competencies and identify gaps in the current workforce, and identify areas for training and development, with the ultimate goal of enhancing UNICEF's program implementation capacity.A contract award will be made to the Bidder who submitted the most responsive proposal (highest ranking as combination of Technical and Financial score).
