- Tenders are invited for Supply of Office Furniture and Toy Library for Pwd and Cwd in 6 Aimags Contractual Experience Successful completion as main supplier within the last 3 years (2019, 2020, 2021) of at least 2 contracts total valued for each lot as shown below with nature, and complexity similar to the scope of supply described in Section 6 (Schedule of Supply). 1. Lot 3: USD 240,000 (two hundred forty thousand) 2. Lot 4: USD 161,000 (one hundred sixty-one thousand) • Historical Financial Performance (2019, 2020, 2021) Submission of audited financial statements or, if not required by the law of the Bidder-s country, other financial statements acceptable to the Purchaser, for the last 3 years (2019, 2020, 2021) to demonstrate the current soundness of the Bidder-s financial position. As a minimum, the Bidder-s net worth for the last year calculated as the difference between total assets and total liabilities should be positive. • Average Annual Turnover (2019, 2020, 2021) Minimum average annual turnover of USD calculated as total payments received by the Bidder for contracts completed or under execution over the last 3 years (2019, 2020, 2021) as follows: 1.
