Description:
Expression of Interest are invited for Long-Term Power System Planning for Mongolia Transmission Grid. Publication Date: 24-Aug-2022 Expression of Interest Deadline: 01-Sep-2022 The study's primary purpose is Power System Planning for VRE integration and Scoping of infrastructure reinforcement. The study will comprise the following aspects: (a) Collect information and establish power system model for analysis; (b) Transmission network analysis to define long-term transmission network expansion plan, and prioritize candidate investment projects in urgent need; (c) Interconnection Assessment to specific sites; (d) Dispatch and balancing analyses to assess technical impacts and mitigation measures against renewable energy integration. The World Bank Group now invites eligible firms to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested firms must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, CV and cover letter for individuals, etc. ). Please note that the total size of all attachments should be less than 5MB. The main part of the EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST should be concise and not exceed 30 pages excluding annexes.
