Support for Inclusive Education Project - C002 Inclusive Education Support Resources, Community Engagement, and Policy Approval Date: 03-Jul-2020 Deadline of Submitting EOI: 24-Jun-2021 11:59 PM Manila local time Estimated Short-listing Date: 25-Jun-2021 Estimated Commencement Date: 28-Sep-2021 Estimated Commencement Date: 383,198 USD Engagement Period: 138 MONTH Objective and Purpose of the Assignment The firm will have (i) a minimum of seven key experts; (ii) at least 5 years of experience in the design and implementation of inclusive education and community engagement projects, including disability rights, policy development, and community outreach; (iii) experience in program management and use of participatory approaches to train and mobilize stakeholders including government, CSOs, and community members; (iv) experience in supporting teachers, parents, and local authorities in designing and implementing inclusive education initiatives; (v) experience in community outreach programs, including behavior change communication activities; (vi) experience delivering training in inclusive education; (vii) experience incorporating M&E in projects, and documenting and measuring the results of interventions; and (viii) necessary resources and equipment to administer projects.
