Description:
We kindly requests you to submit your proposal for the assignment IC/2023/034 - Graphic designers - Long Term Agreement (LTA) .As part of the CO's communication strategy and to enhance institutional communication and advocacy, UNDP Mongolia Country Office (CO) requires the services of an externallong-term Visual/Graphic/Layout Designer(s) for the design, layout, development and edition of communication products and tools.. The consultant will work in close relationship with CO staff and the Communications Analyst, assisting the various UNDP units in the design, layout, development and edition/publication of communication products and tools. The mission will be carried out mostly under a home-based modality with some ad hoc missions.The duration : Long term agreement for an initial period of three years, starting from July 2023 July 2026 with a maximum 450 working days. The initialcontract would be for one year (July 2023- April 2024) with an option for renewal in subsequent years upon satisfactory performance evaluation.The detailed information including Terms of Reference and other relevant documents can be found in the negotiation attachments.
