Description:
We kindly requests you to submit your proposal for the assignment IC/2023/021 - National Consultant on Results based budgeting (RBB) at the local government level .The project “SDG-Aligned Budgeting to Transform Employment in Mongolia” aims to support increased employment and promotion of decent work in Mongolia. The Project plans to achieve its goal by conjoining two main streams of activities: i) enabling and promoting employability in Mongolia via direct interventions and policy improvements, and ii) improving the public finance management systems to absorb results-oriented, effective and evidence-based policies and budget initiatives in employment and labour sectors. The succesful candidate will support introduction of RBB in one selected aimag on a pilot basis, in order to contribute to alignment with national, sectoral and local level results-based development planning, budgeting, and monitoring and evaluation.The duration of assignment is 200 working days (over 11 months) from May 2023The detailed information including Terms of Reference and other relevant documents can be found in the negotiation attachments.
