Description:
Assess the implementation of the key activities of the MongPEN initiative. Identify the achievements and challenges faced during the implementation and propose priority actions for improvements in coverage and accessibility, quality, and effectiveness of essential NCD services at PHC. Assessment willfocus on reviewing the following MongPEN activities: Prevention and awareness-raising activities on key NCDs and their risk factors. Screening and early diagnosis services for major NCDs: diabetes, CVDs, and hypertension. Treatment protocols and services for chronic conditions (e.g., hypertension,diabetes, and CVDs). Integration of NCD care within the broader health system (including primary healthcare).Please use Tender Notice No. 265401 as subject to all submission.
